Major update, mixed results

Finally this app got an update and is native for larger screens sizes. The graphic design is all new; its pretty but it loses or obscures a lot of information that was more readily visible in the old layout.

New version is still quite buggy with little annoyances, e.g. its impossible to reorder favorite cities correctly -- move the cities into the order you prefer and hit "Done", but next time you go to the list it will have randomly moved one of the cities into a different spot.
